Halcyon Technologies Return Policy. 

By making and selling high quality products, we minimize returns.  We also test many of our products before shipping, This helps us eliminate DOA products.

• • We offer 14 days return policy for all of our products.
• • The customer responsible for shipping the equipment back to Halcyon Technologies, Inc at: 4901 Morena Blvd STE 811, San Diego, CA 92117 and for the costs associated with that shipment.
• • Paid shipping cost is not refundable
• • It is important to return everything on your order, and that it is in its original packaging.
• • We will credit your account for the price of the sold equipment minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs will be subtracted from the amount of the credit in the case of free freight items.
• • A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover the repacking & preparation for all sold products
• • Items that sold as new and returned not as new condition or damages will be restored to new condition and the additional cost of part/material + labor will be deduct from the amount of the credit
